Gymnastics part 1

Landon has been doing flips and cartwheels all over the house for the past 3 months and so we decided to put him in Gymnastics. He absolutely LOVES IT! His nimble little body is perfect for this.

Here he is on the balance beam.

If you look really close you can see his blur of blue and white doing his somersault.
Landon also happens to have some awesome upper body strength...for a 4 year old.

There is a 2 part class and he is currently in the 2nd part of the next level up. Still loving every minute of it. He also often asks for me to pull up some gymnastics online so he can watch the men's gymnastics. His Uncle Dmitri would be proud!

Stay at home kids

After Kindergarten open house for Landon I realized this was the last year with him at home. Next year it will be just Claire and I home together. So here are some pictures of what we do together all day.

Claire dressed up and makeup on. Can you resist that face?

Pucker up baby

Landon taking pictures, of his silly Mom

Did you know we have a vampire in the house? Claire likes to pretend to sleep in this ottoman

Claire and Landon working out with some yummy weights.

When we are all ready for Church Claire asked for her "Fluffy Coat"

These are the 2nd cutest buns on this little girl!!!

Every day I am thankful to be a Mother to these adorable Children of God. Lucky to be able to stay home and cherish their precious early years. They bring such joy and satisfaction to my life.

Detroit Historical Museum

During Mid-Winter break I decided to take the kids to the Detroit Historical Museum and see what this lovely town used to look like.

had the small camera so the pics are not so good

Awesome train display

The kids in the school house.
I hope this is not an example of how Claire is going to act when she goes to school. Crazy girl!
Claire and Emma checking out the fire truck
Just some cute customers waiting for their turn at the barber shop.

We had a great time seeing and learning about Detroit.
And SO glad we don't live close to it NOW!

9 is so divine!

What a wonderful feeling to know that we have been married for 9 wonderful years! We have grown so much together and loved each other more and more each year.
-Here are some of the things we have done in 9 years-
1. We have had only 1 T.V our whole marriage...sad but true
2. Christian has only gone through 2 wedding rings...haha
3. We have 3 adorable kids that bring us so much joy each day!
4.We have lived in 4 states
5. We have owned 5 cars: Ford Taurus, Dodge Truck,
Toyota Camry,
Chevy Equinox, and our Toyota Sienna
6. It only took us 6 months of dating to be engaged to be married. Even though I knew on the first date. ;)
7. We would love to spend 7 or more days ALONE someday together on a trip...maybe next year
8. We can't believe that we will have an 8 year old daughter who will be baptized in 4 months:)
9. We have made it through 9 amazing years together and many more to come. xoxo
We also just got our wedding video put on CD and watched it for FHE last Monday. The kids loved it and we got a little sentimental after watching it. It made us realize what babies we were when we got married and how far we have come together.

These pictures were put up at our wedding, so I thought I would share them with you all again.

These are some of our engagement pictures

The happiest couple in the world, this day and still today!
