1st Birthday

2nd Birthday

3rd Birthday

4th Birthday

5th Birthday

She is 6!!!

This year Brooklyn's Birthday turned into a week long affair. It started on Sunday with a family dinner and cake. We sang Happy Birthday to her and opened presents too.

Then Monday we went to Color Me Mine to let her paint something for her Birthday.

Tuesday I guess was just a normal day, but Wednesday (her actual Birthday) she got to go out to lunch with Grandma and Grandpa. Then we brought cupcakes to her class. Last we went out to dinner to end the Birthday celebration.
At six years old Brooklyn acts like she is 12!!!
As expected she loves anything girly, and sassy.
She is reading better and better each day.
Brooklyn has an impeccable memory and I admire her creativity.
This little girl has no fear and she is so strong. I especially noticed this with all the emotional stress her and all of us went through this year.
Claire lights up when Brooklyn walks in the room and I can tell she will look up to her big sister.

What are little boys made of?

What are little boys made of?
Snips and snails and puppy dog tails.
That's what little boys are made of.

Landon carried around his little "friends" all day. When he had to come in for lunch he worried about the snails the whole time. He is such a BOY!

School Carnival

A butterfly princess and Spiderman went to the school carnival and had a blast!

A little spray painted hair will give you magic an super powers too...

Great to be a Mom!

Every Mother's day I like to take a picture with my kids to make sure we document every stage in their life. This one happened to make me laugh. Here is the best pictures we could get after church...

Claire was trying to eat my earrings in this one.
And then there is this one... Claire is scrunching up her nose and sticking her tongue out. Brooklyn will not smile because she just got in trouble. And of course Landon is being a goof-ball saying his shirt is too tight.
But to be honest, it is my favorite

And this is the best we could get!

I feel so blessed to be a Mother to these there beautiful children. I am amazed that the Lord has trusted me with these amazing spirits, but there is no way I could do it without help from a wonderful husband. Even though the days are long and hard, and Mother's work is never done...

It is GREAT to be a MOM!!!
